Winnipeg crimestat update

A worker at the Dhoom restaurant discovered body parts in a dumpster behind the Chateau York highrise apartment building yesterday.  The police are keeping tight-lipped about it.  The bin divers would have had quite a story to tell if they would have come across the gruesome discovery.  Undoubtedly the homicide count will go up by one.
