Black smoke over downtown Winnipeg   1 comment


 

Not sure what was on fire. But the smoke was very black.  It appeared to be from where they launch the fireworks near the Forks.  Must have been a dumb accident.

  1. Good video, Mark! According to CBC, that bastion of Canadian “truth in journalism”, it was a pile of docks in storage at the Forks.
